Youth

Slate Hill is committed to nurturing healthy followers of Christ. Sunday School meets 11:00 – 11:45 a.m. each Sunday. In addition to Sunday School, Slate Hill offers Wednesday Night Out clubs for our youth, ages 3 through grade12. Sunday School and Wednesday Night Out Clubs provide a wonderful atmosphere where children and youth can deepen their faith in a sharing and caring environment.

• 6th – 8th Graders (Junior Youth) – Room 105 (downstairs)
• 9th – 12th Graders (Senior Youth) – annex (brick building)

In addition to Sunday School and Wednesday Night Out clubs, Slate Hill abounds with special events. Some are directed toward certain ages, others are all church events.

• Junior High (6th – 8th Graders) – River Tubing, Soccer Game vs. Parents, Jr. High Retreat at Camp Hebron, Christmas Party, Snow Tubing, Creation Festival, Messiah College Soccer, 30-hour Famine and more.
• Senior High (9th – 12th Graders) – Sr. High Retreat at Camp Hebron, Friendship Banquet, Game Nights, Mennonite Youth Convention, Service Project.
